
ITI’s Self-Service Terminals (SSTs) are self-contained, fully integrated systems protected by a secure ATM-style housing. ITI’s SSTs are customer friendly, utilizing easy to use touch screen technology with high resolution graphics. Instructions are provided using graphics and audio instructions to assist the customer in processing their transaction.
The scalable system is easily expandable to allow for new applications to be added based upon client's individual requirements. Transactions are processed using debit and credit cards, cash and checks. Units with cash acceptance capabilities can provide paper and coin change. ITI’s SSTs are designed to handle continuous heavy use for long periods, in both attended and unattended environments, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are reliable and easy to maintain.
SSTs employ various security features such as tilt switches, intrusion detection switches, separate locking compartments, individual locking devices, a level one safe, CCD camera, and the ability to interface with building and other exterior alarm systems. ITI’s self-service terminals/kiosks conform to all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
