Intellectual Technology, Inc. has successfully implemented “Boater Education Card” programs for several states. Sometimes referred to as “Safe Boating Cards”, ITI produces and issues plastic identification cards to applicants that have attended and passed Safe Boating classes and tests.

Upon receipt of electronic files from the state, ITI produces the Safe Boating Cards and mails them directly to the successful applicants.
