Experience
ITI has over 20 years experience providing registration renewal and photo drivers licensing systems to Motor Vehicle Agencies in North America. ITI’s personnel are very well versed to meet the unique needs of individual motor vehicle agencies. Each agency has different rules, processes, and requirements. ITI’s customized solutions readily adapt to and enhance current processes and procedures.

Per Transaction Pricing
ITI's traditional business model approach is Transaction Based Pricing (TBP) similar to photo drivers license programs. The first step is to remove the onerous burden of heavy upfront capital required to implement new systems. These types of capital requirements are often difficult to have approved and often delay or discourage installation.

ITI provides a complete turnkey system. All costs are recouped through the per transaction charge over the life of the contract. ITI assumes all costs including, but not limited to, hardware, software, implementation, training, materials (paper, decals, ink) and maintenance. Consequently, a significant additional advantage of TBP is the predictability and certainty of the cost over the life of the contract thereby simplifying the programs budgeting.

TBP also eliminates the DMV's concerns regarding obsolescence and maintenance. If the system is not the best available or stops functioning then ITI does not receive payment.

No Up Front Capital
ITI provides the capital required so that the DMV does not have to seek a large cash outlay thereby removing a barrier to proceeding with the program. The DMV pays as it uses the system.

Customized Solutions
ITI offers solutions as opposed to products. ITI’s myriad of printing devices are readily adaptable to each individual DMV's needs. ITI is experienced in the DMV market and recognizes that each DMV has to meet its own legislative rules and regulations. This often leads to very different methods from state to state for providing services to the motoring public. ITI is ready to provide flexible solutions with a variety of delivery methods to fit in with how services are currently offered.

State of the Art Printing
ITI has developed proprietary and evolving technologies for printing a variety of substrates with an environmentally favorable method known as Thermal Transfer Printing (TTP). The development and use of TTP was originally designed for Bar Code printers whose output must remain legible throughout a variety of uses in many different environments.

Process Managament
ITI has extensive experience managing large, complex projects in the Public Sector under contract. ITI utilizes the Project Management Institute (PMI) management policies and practices supported by the Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles and standards. ITI’s ability to plan and execute effectively comes from substantial experience on a variety of large complex projects.

Reporting and Auditing
ITI has developed a customized solution for reporting and auditing that allows you to access information about any of your printers, print jobs or transactions on a real time or historical basis. For instance, you can log on and monitor your offices at any time, view the status of your printers, and assess the productivity of your operation. Further, our solution is designed to automatically notify ITI if and when there is an issue, allowing ITI to address the issue proactively, often before your operators are even aware of the problem. It is important to be proactive for the well-being of your operations.

ITI is responsible for the distribution and accountability of decals and forms to the issuing entities; providing on-demand reports, distribution data, issuing entity performance, and identifying discrepancies in decal and form inventories.

ITI has designed a web-based intranet to be an information portal to monitor real time performance:

• Reporting Module
Contains reports that allow management to assess system performance, system and printer information and inventory information, as well as collect transaction data and make use of the audit logs in a real time environment.

• System State of Health Module
Designed to assess the event logs of the servers, check network availability, printer availability, and printer state of health. The routines are collected in the database and reports are created for each of the components. If certain event levels are found to be a problem, an email is sent out to ITI as an alert.

• Administration Module
Allows management to set up user accounts and provide user access levels to the intranet server. Also, allows management to make changes to the print server application, such as alert levels, contacts, inventory levels, printer IP assignments and reorder levels.

Inventory Management
ITI ensures that each State maintains a predetermined color decal throughout the duration of the contract. ITI ships decals on a regular basis to account for production usage and keep the par level accurate. ITI manages inventories of each office through a combination of methods. ITI’s inventory tracking system tracks all shipments out of our central warehouse. The ITI inventory system tracks the production and usage of mailroom via reports from the Intranet and compares them against the distributed supplies. ITI then has field engineers do actual counts on their monthly preventative maintenance call and send the data to the inventory system.

This allows ITI to manage the inventory and analyze it for waste or other discrepancies. The inventory system will analyze past records collected by ITI and continue to analyze future usage to create a good forecasting model for mailroom consumption. IT is especially important for ITI to manage the decal inventory for the decals that are being phased out each year to minimize waste and cost. Field engineers will then provide counts of decals to the inventory system. The same data in the inventory system will export data to ITI Intranet so that these reports will always be available to the State. The State will be able to determine decal production, defects, waste, and excess inventory via the Intranet.
